The area has easy accesses to mountain lakes, trails, fishing, hiking, skiing, biking, golfing, and mountain climbing. The city features an ice skating rink, a skate park, three well maintain parks. On the outskirts of the city is the Mt. Shasta Ski and board park or you can simply relax on the back patio and marvel over the mountain or take an easy stroll through lovely Mt. Shasta.
